Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Forecasting Lead who will own end-to-end forecasting initiatives. You will assess current processes, map gaps, and drive improvements, while coordinating with data science and IT teams to implement AI/ML-based forecasting solutions across SAP IBP, Oracle, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand forecasting and SCM planning.
• Experience with forecasting solution implementation.
• Familiarity with BI/analytics and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Assess and map existing forecasting processes and drive improvements.
• Gather business requirements and lead solution analysis, design and implementation.
• Evaluate forecasting methodologies and recommend approaches for different business needs.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and support forecasting solution selection and implementation.
• Collaborate with data science and technical teams on AI/ML forecasting solutions.
• Analyze large volumes of transactional data, data dependencies, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead forecasting engagements from initial assessment through solution implementation.
• Validate forecasting outputs against business scenarios and ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze gaps between expected and actual forecasting results and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align forecasting requirements, process changes, and outcomes.
