Job summary

Eastman in Kingsport, TN seeks an Integrated Planner to coordinate production planning across assigned products using Excel, SAP, and OMP integrated planning tools. You will analyze supply plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business and manufacturing strategies.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, leadership in weekly planning meetings, and the ability to develop actionable plans under varying supply and demand conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• 3+ years in supply chain or materials management experience preferred.
• APICS CPIM or related certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize supply plans to maximize value.
• Lead weekly cross-functional Production Meetings.
• Manage Master Data.
• Optimize raw material stocking and procurement with Supply Manager.
• Develop logistics requirements forecast with Logistics Lead.
• Model 'what-if' scenarios and propose optimized solutions.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment orders.
• Interface with Materials Handling, Manufacturing, Logistics, QA, Receiving, Purchasing, and other planning groups.
