Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years professional experience in subcontract manufacturing planning.
• Knowledge of S&OP/IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
• Strong experience with ERP/APS/MRP systems (Infor/SyteLine preferred, SAP or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; Power BI preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute production plans using APS/MRP systems (e.g., SyteLine) and schedule jobs.
• Coordinate flow of materials and work orders through production cycle.
• Adjust production schedules to reflect changes in demand or priorities.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or imbalances.
• Support recovery actions to resolve shortages and backorders.
• Maintain ERP system accuracy: BOMs, planning parameters, and transactions.
• Perform inventory activities: discrepancy investigations, transfers, receipts, adjustments.
• Maintain capacity and planning data in ERP/APS systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contract manufacturers to execute plans.
• Support cross-functional communication (Sourcing, Production, Customer Service, Engineering, Regulatory, Marketing).
• Provide accurate and timely production status updates.
• Support IBP and planning processes with data and execution updates.
• Ensure adherence to planning processes and standards.
• Support New Product Development and packaging changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
