Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in logistics, operations, consulting, or program management is preferred.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Supply chain certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as central coordination hub for major customer programs, enabling end-to-end execution across transport, storage, delivery, and equipment setting.
• Build external relationships and serve as liaison between customers, suppliers, and MEI internal teams.
• Provide proactive visibility via dashboards, updates, and escalation protocols to prevent surprises in the supply chain.
• Support monthly invoicing and reconciliation with Finance and regional teams.
• Prepare customer-facing materials for QBRs, MBRs, and scorecards to identify improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
