Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year of lead experience.
• Willing to travel 60–80% and reside near Lisle, IL or commutable.

Responsibilities

• Leads problem solving activities to identify continuous improvement opportunities with International teams and supplier contacts.
• Collaborates with production, procurement, supplier quality, transport, tooling, engineering and finance to improve supply continuity.
• Creates detailed project plans (Gantt charts) for identified improvements with clear accountability.
• Holds leadership escalation reviews to monitor risk, KPI progress and secure needed support.
• Assesses supplier metrics to identify on-site support needs based on downtime, delays and demand indicators.
