The Supply Chain Associate supports MEI’s strategic supply-chain programs for key customers and will work full-time supporting MEI’s partnership with Compass Datacenters. Working at the intersection of operations, systems, and customer coordination. This role serves as a central point of coordination across customers, contractors, suppliers, MEI regional teams, and corporate functions to ensure seamless execution from order intake through transportation, storage, delivery, and equipment setting.
This is an onsite position with 50% travel, high-visibility, externally facing role requiring strong communication skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. The Supply Chain Partners works closely with Operations, Logistics, IT, Finance, and regional leadership to drive executional excellence, process consistency, and scalable supply-chain capabilities across MEI’s national footprint. Preferred location near MEI locations in the Dallas/Addison area.
This on-site role operates Monday through Friday at Compass HQ in Dallas and requires one week of monthly travel to project locations within US.
Normal temperature-controlled environment. Will frequently perform work using keyboard / mouse, including work at a computer terminal, and perform activities requiring manual dexterity. Will use telephones (including cellular) and standard office equipment. Work involves extended periods of sitting, occasional walking, and lifting or moving objects weighing up to ten pounds. May occasionally work in non-temperature-controlled environments or outdoors with exposure to inclement weather or walk over uneven ground or terrain.
