Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle) and data analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• APICS and PMP certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated career growth and ambition for broader leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supply chain programs to ensure optimal efficiency, cost effectiveness, and quality performance.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and capacity management, driving continuous improvement in production control and schedule adherence.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles across supply chain processes, Kanban, flow optimization, and pull systems.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and engineering to align strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships for reliability and cost control.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
• Analyze data to identify trends and KPI opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and materials flow to minimize excess stock.
• Monitor long lead times to align with production schedules and risks.
• Participate in value stream mapping to improve material flow.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Be flexible, proactive, and willing to support evolving needs.
