Hormel Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Business Partner/Senior SCBP at its Austin MN location. This role serves as a strategic bridge between commercial strategy and operations, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive service, growth, and end-to-end supply chain performance.

The successful candidate will lead major transformation initiatives, contribute to IBP/S&OP processes, and work across functions to optimize capacity and profitability while managing risk and sustainability

Qualifications

• Requires degree and leadership experience in supply chain or commercial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience participating in IBP/S&OP, capacity planning, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary conduit between commercial teams and Supply Chain.
• Lead strategic decision-making with operational and financial insights.
• Contribute to IBP/S&OP processes linking demand, supply, and financial plans.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Finance on capacity and cost structures.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce lead times and cost-to-serve.
• Lead or support capital projects and innovation initiatives.
• Synthesize data to identify trends and opportunities for performance gains.
• Identify supply chain risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
