Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager on the Supply Chain Execution Team to drive strategic optimization initiatives across the US network, focusing on robust metrics and scalable systems that improve inventory health and flow.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—business, operations, program management, product, finance—and lead automation projects to enhance efficiency, capacity planning, and end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies balancing cost and service levels
• Create and maintain key performance metrics for inventory health and costs
• Design scalable processes for inventory planning and positioning
• Ensure alignment between inventory strategies and broader supply chain goals
• Lead stakeholder engagement across finance, operations, SCOT and planning teams
• Build inventory management playbooks and standard SOPs
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and improve accuracy
• Support central teams in strategic inventory planning for annual plans
• Lead initiatives to scale inventory operations and implement automation solutions
