Job summary

USA Industries, LLC is seeking a Director of Supply Chain in South Houston, TX to oversee end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. You will drive optimization across a multi-site manufacturing environment, lead cross-functional teams, and enhance supplier performance.

The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires a strategic, hands-on leader with extensive experience in manufacturing supply chains, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, SCM, Logistics or related field.
• ASCM/APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply planning, demand alignment, and capacity planning.
• Establish scalable systems to support growth and efficiency.
• Mitigate risks via cross-functional planning and collaboration.
• Own inventory performance, turns, accuracy, and reduce obsolete stock.
• Lead supplier strategies to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
• Oversee warehousing, shipping, and logistics.
• Drive ERP/MRP utilization to improve visibility and decisions.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and supply chain reporting.
• Mentor and develop the supply chain team.
