Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; STEM or business focus preferred.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• 8–10+ years in supply chain or network strategy roles in grocery retail or related industry.
• 3+ years of consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with optimization, analytics, or technical modeling environments.
• Financial modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable insights using optimization models and scenario analysis.
• Develop and apply optimization models to network design, routing, and inventory positioning.
• Create scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor network performance.
• Lead end-to-end execution of network design and optimization initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
