Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize the PO process for networking hardware across a multi-vendor environment. You will drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness while partnering with internal teams and external suppliers.

The role is full-time, onsite in San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA, requiring 4–7+ years in procurement or supply chain, with strong Excel, Coupa, and Jira skills, and a track record of improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-7+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience managing complex global supply chains and vendor onboarding.
• Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, dashboards) and proficiency with Coupa and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware from sourcing to delivery.
• Analyze and streamline procurement workflows to reduce bottlenecks and accelerate approvals.
• Build dashboards and insights using Excel to inform leadership.
• Oversee warranty entitlement and renewals for data center networking hardware across multiple vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align demand forecasting and ensure compliance.
• Engage with Network Engineering on requirements and potential solutions.
• Lead renewal talks with VARs and OEMs and manage Master Service Agreements and SLAs.
