Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Data Analyst to be the intelligence engine of our Procurement Shared Services team. You will go beyond reporting to deliver actionable insights that reduce costs, optimize working capital, and improve supplier performance.

In this 100% on-site Denver role, you will build automated dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, analyze large procurement datasets (Coupa, SAP), and collaborate with Legal and Technical Power teams to translate data into business language

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of data analytics experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Proficiency in SQL to write complex queries.
• Expert-level skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Foundational knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning and analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP/Sourcing tools (Coupa, SAP) and Jira.
• Ability to present data-heavy findings to non-technical executives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Reporting: develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Power BI tracking KPIs like cost avoidance and contract cycle times.
• Spend Analysis: analyze large procurement datasets (Coupa, SAP) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Predictive Insights: use statistical modeling to forecast lead times and price fluctuations for long-lead equipment.
• Process Optimization: collaborate with AI Task Force to implement LLM-based tools for automated bid reviews and data extraction.
• Stakeholder Partnership: translate data insights for high-value negotiations and EPC agreements.
• Data Integrity & Governance: oversee data accuracy in Jira and sourcing modules; design data-entry rules for audit-ready tracking.
• Ad-Hoc Agility: support rapid-turnaround analysis on fragmented datasets.
