Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist (IT, Network & Cloud) for our San Francisco office to bridge technical requirements with legal and financial compliance. You will oversee complex procurement, SLA negotiations, and licensing across data centers, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate technical terms into business terms, drive cost optimization, and mitigate vendor risk.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in IT procurement or vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud hierarchy, virtualization, and network security.
• Knowledge of DPAs and IP rights.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate SLAs and licensing models for data center and cloud vendors.
• Oversee procurement processes and contract lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and IT teams to mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and security standards.
