Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year administrative experience preferred.
• 1+ year relevant experience strongly recommended.
• Experience coordinating suppliers and materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery for production.
• Serve as main contact for suppliers; manage ship schedules and containment.
• Track critical parts and implement containment to avoid production interruptions.
• Coordinate alternative sources of material and spot buys when needed.
• Manage truck loads and ensure material coverage at lowest cost.
• Review buffers and manage exceptions in assembly plant codes.
• Maintain inventory in MGO and post adjustments after investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
