Ryder System, Inc. in Arlington, TX is hiring a 2nd shift Supply Chain Operations Associate for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

The role supports operational functions, material availability, and inventory control for GM LLP accounts, with focus on on-time delivery and production continuity. Responsibilities include coordinating supplier schedules, tracking critical parts, and maintaining accurate inventory in MGO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year or more administrative experience or relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MGO (GM's MRP system) and transportation management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery.
• Serve as main point of contact for all suppliers and manage ship schedules.
• Track critical parts and develop containment plans to avoid production interruptions.
• Coordinate alternative material sources and spot buys when needed.
• Monitor, set up, and cancel truck loads to support schedule variations.
• Review buffers to meet build requirements and document code exceptions.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in MGO and process adjustments.
