Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and account management in our Dedicated Transportation Solutions unit.

You will lead staff, manage schedules, ensure safety, and drive compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. The role emphasizes leadership of direct reports, achieving daily operational goals, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Advanced knowledge of logistics industry practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
