Job summary

RENA North America is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee strategic sourcing operations and drive efficiency across the supply chain. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Operations and will largely be on-site in Albany, OR with some flexibility.

You will manage demand forecasting, inventory, capacity, supplier relations, logistics, and warehouse operations while leading the Buyer/planner team and maintaining WPS-Operations Globalshop system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or 7 years applicable experience.
• CPIM and/or CSCP certification from APICS is preferred.
• Proven track record managing large complex organizational change, through Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, sales techniques and project management skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and Manage the Supply Chain including demand planning, operational planning, inventory management, capacity planning, supplier management, logistics, and warehouse management.
• Oversee all strategic sourcing projects and initiatives and oversee team in strategic sourcing.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities across the supply chain.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
• Supervise the Buyer/planner team.
• Own and manage WPS-Operations Globalshop system.
