RENA North America is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee strategic sourcing operations and drive efficiency across the supply chain. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Operations and will largely be on-site in Albany, OR with some flexibility.
You will manage demand forecasting, inventory, capacity, supplier relations, logistics, and warehouse operations while leading the Buyer/planner team and maintaining WPS-Operations Globalshop system.
The Supply Chain Manager will have direct oversight for strategic sourcing operations, initiatives, and overall supply chain efficiency. This role will drive continuous improvement, especially regarding operations surrounding supplier operations and performance. This position will also work cross-functionally with the Engineering and Operations teams.
This role will be primarily on-site in Albany, OR with some flexibility. The role oversees a team in strategic sourcing and oversees all strategic sourcing projects and initiatives in the company.
