Job summary

Leadership experience is required to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration. The position involves developing strategic initiatives, negotiating with OEM suppliers, and overseeing logistics and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain or sourcing leadership experience.
• Experience with North American OEM suppliers and contract manufacturers required.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• ERP experience required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–40% domestically
