Qualifications

• Knowledge of lean principles and coaching to implement improvements.
• ERP systems experience is essential.
• Strong business acumen with P&L experience.
• Track record in operations, supply chain & procurement.
• Ability to influence senior management and teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in on-time-delivery and working capital.
• Organize and implement strategic initiatives across Order Management, Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management and Logistics.
• Lead a supply chain team that supports the Order to Cash framework.
• Develop and maintain safe work practices and cost reduction initiatives.
• Set team goals and motivate subordinates to meet targets.
• Define resource needs within budget and staffing parameters.
• Contribute to long-term capacity planning and continuous improvement projects.
