Job summary

IDEX Corporation, a global multi-business group, seeks a Supply Chain Manager in Michigan to drive on-time delivery, inventory optimization and cost reduction across Order to Cash, procurement, and logistics. Responsibilities

Drive improvements in on-time delivery and cash flow.
Lead Order to Cash and inventory management initiatives.
Standardize processes across Order Management, Demand Planning, Procurement and Logistics.
Develop and monitor supplier scorecards.
Coach and develop team members.
Set goals and motivate the team to exceed them.
Ensure compliance with safety and corporate policies.
Define resource needs within budget.
Support long-term capacity planning and continuous improvement.
