IDEX Corporation is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead direct materials and indirect spend, drive cost efficiency, and optimize supplier performance. You will mentor a small team and align procurement with operational goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement within manufacturing, along with strong negotiation, ERP experience, and 80/20 analysis skills. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of procurement/sourcing management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with direct materials, indirect spend, and supplier management.
• Experience leading a small team of procurement professionals (3-5).
• Knowledge of 80/20 analyses and cost modeling is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead procurement strategy and execution for direct materials and indirect spend.
• Ensure material availability while optimizing inventory and cash flow.
• Drive supplier performance, cost reductions, and risk mitigation.
• Manage RFQs, bids, supplier selection and contracts.
• Collaborate with Eng, Ops, Finance and Quality on NPD and cost modeling.
• Track KPIs: savings, supplier performance, inventory turns, on-time delivery.
