Job summary

Krypton Solutions LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Plano, TX to align materials, inventory, and product flow with business goals and commitments. You will set and manage supply chain strategies and oversee sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and PO execution to balance inventory with production needs.

You will coordinate logistics, monitor KPIs, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Production on forecasting and capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement using

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
• Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and vendor negotiations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and SCM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and PO management.
• Balance inventory to optimize stock, reduce carrying costs and waste.
• Coordinate logistics including transportation, warehousing, and distribution for on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Production on demand forecasting and capacity planning.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
