Job summary

Krypton Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead cross-functional efforts from planning through implementation, production, and delivery to customers. You will oversee ERP order entry, collaborate with production planning, forecast project pipelines, and present status reports to executives.

The role emphasizes process standards and repeatable practices to drive growth. The role requires an engineering or technical degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree or relevant industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of production of electronic, precision mechanical and electromechanical assemblies.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer order entry in the ERP, resolve exceptions, and manage due dates by removing workflow blockers and reinforcing accountability for agreed deliverables.
• Coordinate with Production Planning on finished-goods delivery updates, partner with planning and procurement to forecast the project pipeline, and build/present concise status reports to executive leadership
• Obtain and refine system knowledge to become valued subject matter expert for assigned team.
• Continuously evaluate best practices to strengthen project management across product development
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
