Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree, required. Business, Engineering, Materials or equivalent preferred.
• Sound knowledge of supply chain planning and procurement principles, theories, and processes.
• Expert negotiating skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel experience preferred.
• ERP knowledge / experience

Responsibilities

• Develop demand models and forecast based on trends and customer input.
• Oversee forecasting maintenance and update plans monthly/quarterly.
• Drive stocking/lead time decisions and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
• Plan/purchase select materials and coordinate cross-functional reviews.
• Provide risk assessments and mitigation for supply base.
• Lead continuous improvement of processes and data quality.
• Cover PTO needs and support team leadership when needed.
