Job summary

TricorBraun, a global packaging leader, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to ensure materials align with production and customer needs. You will lead procurement, forecasting, inventory control, and supplier performance to secure availability, quality, cost, and on-time delivery for multiple facilities.

In this role, you will partner with customers and suppliers, negotiate terms, and provide clear reporting on inventory health and procurement priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years in supply chain/procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material forecasts based on demand, forecasts, and schedules.
• Turn production schedules into purchasing plans across facilities.
• Manage purchasing for production materials and packaging products.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers on availability and logistics.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Identify supply risks and coordinate solutions to prevent disruptions.
• Report on material availability, inventory health, and procurement priorities.
