Genie Matthews and Associates seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory and purchasing across multiple manufacturing sites. You will supervise Buyers and related staff, drive inventory turns, and coordinate with program managers on planning to meet shipments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of contract manufacturing experience, preferably in electronics, plus strong Excel and Access skills and negotiation abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and five years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing.
• Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must have supervisory experience and strong people skills.
• Experience with inventory control, logistics, MRP, and purchasing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory levels to support on-time production and minimize excess.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and monitor price and delivery metrics.
• Coach and develop a team including Buyers and other staff.
• Ensure accurate data/metrics for continuous improvement and decisions.
• Coordinate with Program Managers on planning and forecasting.
• Ensure company procurement and shipping/receiving standards are followed.
