Meritas Advisory Group, LLC seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory control, purchasing procedures, and supplier relationships across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring on-time production and cost efficiency.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and five years in contract manufacturing, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency with Excel and Access for forecasting and budgeting. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing industry.
• Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must have prior supervisory experience and strong people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage, evaluate and coach team comprised of Buyers, Engineering Production Services, Quoting Specialist and Proposal Administrator.
• Develop team with established goals/metrics and track progress, with emphasis on professional development.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Continually drive for increased inventory turns.
• Explore new suppliers and processes to achieve optimal quality, reliability, prices, continuity and delivery.
• Provide management with data/metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision making.
• Interface with Program Managers on planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments.
• Ensure company standard practices and procedures are followed in materials and department functions.
