Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, headquartered in Plano, is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage demand planning, WOS optimization, and channel inventory. You will lead PSI cadence with Key Account Managers and Product Managers, interfacing with factory and logistics teams to drive improvements and forecasting precision.

The role emphasizes data analytics, workflow automation, and collaboration with Sales, Finance and HQ teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or related field preferred
• Excel and Tableau proficiency; SAP / inventory planning experience up to 30 weeks out

Responsibilities

• Lead CPFR strategies to optimize demand forecasting and inventory turns across key accounts.
• Prepare PSI and business update sessions to address supply-demand imbalances.
• Coordinate lead-time management and international shipments with logistics to avoid aging stock and backorders.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Finance to achieve objectives.
