Job summary

Samsung Electronics America in Plano, TX is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Specialist for the Display Division. You will manage demand planning, WOS and channel inventory optimization, and lead the PSI cadence with Key Account Managers and Product Managers for timely execution.

The role uses data analytics, workflow automation, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and HQ to improve forecast accuracy and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPFR strategies to optimize demand forecasting accuracy, channel replenishment, and inventory turns.
• Coordinate PSI cadence and provide Sales visibility to address imbalances.
• Mitigate supply chain constraints by aligning forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and HQ to achieve objectives.
