Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with procurement, shipping, vendor management, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full supply chain process to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.
• Act as an electronics parts buyer, sourcing and purchasing components to support production requirements.
• Manage domestic and international shipping operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Create, place, and manage purchase orders aligned with MRP and production demand.
• Source and onboard new vendors, including qualification and onboarding documentation.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve cost savings while minimizing risk.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and contract requirements.
• Maintain data integrity within ERP systems and report on metrics such as on-time delivery and purchase price variance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, to increase throughput.
