The role will drive strategic supplier relationships, implement innovative processes, and deliver metrics across regions and functions, including IT and IT services. The position requires 15+ years of global procurement experience and a track record with a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience leading global functions.
• Proven ability to develop and implement procurement strategies and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct a global procurement team across direct and matrixed structures.
• Develop governance model clarifying global, regional and local roles and responsibilities.
• Communicate procurement programs and changes to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership with analysis and recommendations to optimize ROI.
• Build cross-functional alliances and advise business on policy interpretations.
• Lead sourcing strategies for IT and IT Services markets.
