Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations in Carson City to lead the end-to-end supply chain, covering forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and customer service.

The role will oversee third-party logistics and partner with planning, production, and procurement to meet order requirements and ensure on-time delivery. You will monitor performance, drive efficiency, and implement improvements while developing your team.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent.
• 6+ years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply chain; 4+ years in leadership.
• Excellent analytics including experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operation research and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; effective communicator.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Flexible hours to support a global operations organization; background screening performed.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support objectives.
• Evaluate performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation optimization and warehousing.
• Manage daily fulfillment of customer shipments with third party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs like On Time Delivery and MTTR; identify improvements.
• Develop policies for end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Lead a team of operations specialists under your guidance.

Education
