Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. in Topeka, KS seeks a Manager, Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain activities, including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

You will collaborate with procurement, sales, quality, and engineering to meet on-time delivery and cost objectives. You will manage third-party logistics, drive process improvements, develop metrics (OTD, MTTR), and lead a team of operations specialists.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply Chain with at least 4 years of leadership in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; effective leader who can work with multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership to drive operational activities and support business objectives.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations and optimize transportation networks.
• Manage daily fulfillment with 3PL providers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders and priorities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs (OTD, MTTR) and identify process improvements.
• Lead a team of operations specialists and cultivate cross-functional collaboration.
• Negotiate transportation rates and supplier agreements to improve efficiency and costs.
• Plan and implement material flow systems to meet production needs.
