• Drive SHE Excellence by promoting safety principles, reporting incidents and leading investigations.
• Define and implement supply network strategy for railcars, carriers and terminals; negotiate distribution agreements and manage fleet needs.
• Lead and coach the team to reach budget targets and ensure process excellence.
• Ensure compliance and protect INEOS’ interests by observing anti-trust rules, obtaining approvals, and optimizing working capital.
