Job summary

INEOS is seeking a Safety Superintendent for its Ashtabula Complex in Ohio. This role involves developing and implementing safety, health, and emergency response systems while ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations. The Safety Superintendent will lead safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of safety leadership experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment. INEOS offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Exposure to safety leadership in chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement Safety, Health and Emergency Response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce safety procedures and conduct risk assessments.
• Develop and implement Safety, Health, Security and Emergency Response Systems.
• Train internal and external contractors on safety procedures.
