Job summary

Arclin in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Supply Chain Planner I to manage end-to-end planning for assigned manufacturing locations. You will work with manufacturing, distribution, planning and sales to optimize inventory, demand and production planning, while preventing shortages and reducing costs.

The role requires collaboration, strong analytical skills, and an ability to operate within ERP/MRP systems to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance).
• 3 years of customer service or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Expertise with ERP systems in a production environment.
• Ability to manage complexity and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively review inventory projections and supply-demand summaries to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Set up and monitor inventory targets; optimize reorder points and safety stock.
• Analyze total landed costs and optimize loads to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Perform root-cause analysis for supply chain issues and propose corrective actions.
• Track weekly/monthly metrics and adjust inputs to calculate safety stocks.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, distribution, planning and sales to meet customer expectations.
