Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Economics; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years negotiating and managing OEM and supplier agreements in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Acumatica) and strategic sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Establish long-term strategies for cost improvement among Strategic Sourcing categories, with stakeholders.
- Measure and report on yearly savings targets with internal finance.
- Establish supplier relationships at executive level and manage supplier portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure price and quality metrics meet requirements.
- Develop multi-year supply roadmaps and dual sourcing for non-critical high-volume items.
- Coordinate with Engineering and NPI to source new products and optimize lead times.
