You will drive multi-year supplier relationships, coordinate with engineering and NPI teams, and shape procurement strategy for high-growth tech segments.

The role demands extensive negotiation experience, ERP proficiency, and a track record of delivering supplier value in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Economics; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years negotiating and managing OEM and supplier agreements in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Acumatica) and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term strategies for cost improvement among Strategic Sourcing categories, with stakeholders.
• Measure and report on yearly savings targets with internal finance.
• Establish supplier relationships at executive level and manage supplier portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure price and quality metrics meet requirements.
• Develop multi-year supply roadmaps and dual sourcing for non-critical high-volume items.
• Coordinate with Engineering and NPI to source new products and optimize lead times.
