Job summary

Komline-Barnes is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end materials management functions, including production planning, purchasing, warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. The role drives improvements in availability, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years in supply chain or related manufacturing functions.
• 3-5 years leading teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and procurement processes; D365 desirable.
• Data-driven decisions with strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain including planning, purchasing, warehouse, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships for timely, cost-effective materials and improvements.
• Oversee inventory management and ERP/MRP data integrity.
• Establish KPIs like inventory accuracy, turns, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.
• Align demand forecasts with manufacturing and business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and coach a high-performing supply chain team with accountability and safety.
