Job summary

Komline, a leader in advanced separation technologies, seeks a Buyer II to manage procurement, supplier relations, and materials planning. You will source raw materials, negotiate terms, and coordinate with engineering and production to meet plant needs.

The role emphasizes timely, cost-efficient purchasing and strong vendor management to support operations across Water & Process, Agricultural & Renewables, and Industrials sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance or equivalent.
• Proficiency with ERP and Inventory Management applications.
• MS Office proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and purchase raw materials, components and supplies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Production on launches and supplier development.
• Track procurement KPIs, lead times and cost savings; report vendor compliance.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, RFQs, and contracts.
• Maintain and monitor purchase orders and handle stock vs. non-stock needs.
• Coordinate timely deliveries and resolve backlog or back‑order issues.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve quality or timeliness problems.
• Develop supplier relationships and manage payments disbursement with minimal disputes.
