Job summary

Pregis seeks a seasoned Supply Chain leader to manage order management, purchasing, scheduling, inventory control, warehouse and shipping/receiving at the Conover site. You will drive stability, service, inventory accuracy and efficiency while leading the planning team to meet sales forecasts and cost targets.

Travel up to 10% and represent the site to key customer accounts. Strong analytical, cross-functional leadership and SAP proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management is required.
• Minimum 10 years in Materials Management/Supply Chain; 5 years in a management role.
• Strong SAP experience and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various reports; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, inventory, and purchasing to meet forecasts.
• Lead 5S program in warehouse; optimize labor utilization and costs.
• Manage carrier relationships and performance; partner with Logistics to monitor inbound/outbound flows.
• Use Dayforce HRIS to manage attendance, vacation, FMLA, and labor time clocks; conduct evaluations.
