Job summary

Pregis is seeking a senior supply chain leader to oversee end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory control, and warehousing at our North Carolina site. You will drive performance through data-driven decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with key customers to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires a BS/BA in SCM, at least 10 years in supply chain, and 5 years in management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years in materials management or supply chain roles.
• At least 5 years in a management or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet forecasts while controlling costs.
• Lead purchasing and vendor management to ensure reliable supply.
• Manage inventory control and warehouse activities to optimize service levels.
• Analyze data, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across the site.
• Act as the site face for key customer accounts and strategic supply chain initiatives.
