Job summary

Pregis-3 seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to manage buying, planning, scheduling, admin support and reporting with heavy SAP use in a growing cold chain segment. The role requires breadth of SAP experience and a willingness to learn multiple responsibilities, in a startup culture.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who collaborates to accomplish goals and supports operations across planning, purchasing and production scheduling.

Qualifications

• SAP experience required; preference for inventory management and production scheduling.
• S4HANA 2023 preferred.
• Ability to take coaching and communicate respectfully with others.
• Promote positive teamwork culture.
• Able to communicate effectively during shift transitions and with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily admin support for Plant Operations, maintaining systems and reporting.
• Maintain SAP relevance for material transactions, scheduling and planning.
• Monitor open purchase orders and inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers.
• Lead production scheduling and coordinate with the Production Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with quality, warehouse and staff; ensure timely information flow.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce lead times and variances.
