Qualifications

• BS/BA Supply Chain Management, required.
• A minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in Materials Management/Supply Chain, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and/or Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts/processes and ERP/SAP experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and analyze data for root-cause decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and scheduling to balance forecasted demand with capacity.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support on-time delivery and minimize costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams.
• Analyze inventory variances and drive corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Serve as primary supply chain contact for key customer accounts.
