Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management required.
• 5–10 years’ experience in Materials Management/Supply Chain, 5 years in management role.
• TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and/or Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts/processes and ability to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning to support forecasted demand while balancing labor, capacity, and inventory investment.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support on-time delivery and minimize costs.
• Manage lead times and communicate product availability accurately.
• Establish and ensure compliance with inventory stocking agreements.
• Serve as primary supply chain contact for key customer accounts.
• Adjust production and inventory plans in response to changing conditions to meet service and cost objectives.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supplier deliveries and controlled spending.
• Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventories; analyze variances and drive corrections.
