Job summary

Prince Industries, a global precision manufacturing partner, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead Procurement, Planning, Inventory, and ERP efficiency. You will partner with GMs, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership to align supply chain with business goals and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership in procurement, planning, inventory, and Epicor ERP, with a track record in cost reduction and process improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years progressive multi-site supply chain leadership in precision machining environments serving Aerospace, Defense or MedTech.
• Proven experience leading supply chain teams in a matrix structure; partnering with operations, quality, finance, sales, and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the metals supply chain (aluminum, stainless steel, nickel alloys).
• SME-level Epicor Kinetic ERP experience.
• Strong business acumen linking decisions to cost, delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement across all Prince sites with a strategy supporting growth, margin, supplier consolidation, and risk reduction.
• Lead Inventory Management and Material Planning to optimize turns and availability; serve as Epicor ERP SME.
• Ensure ERP processes and reporting are optimized for maximum value from Epicor ERP across all locations.
