Job summary

Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations, including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years of progressive experience. You will manage supplier relationships, drive cost-saving initiatives, and contribute to KPI tracking and data integrity in ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, or operations.
• Certifications such as CPIM/CSCP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing and transportation.
• Develop and maintain production and material plans based on demand and requirements.
• Monitor inventory and drive strategies to reduce excess, obsolescence and shortages.
• Manage supplier relationships, pricing, lead times, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
• Analyze demand forecasts and production needs to support effective supply planning.
• Collaborate with Production and Operations to resolve shortages and scheduling issues.
• Track KPIs such as inventory turns, on-time delivery, supplier performance, forecast accuracy, and logistics costs.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data in ERP/MRP systems.
