Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for an electronics manufacturer. You will manage inventory, purchasing, and receiving across multiple sites, leading a team focused on purchasing and materials management while ensuring on-time production.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree with 5+ years in contract manufacturing or electronics, supervisory experience, and strong skills in inventory control, logistics, MRP, and vendor negotiations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in contract manufacturing or electronics industry.
• Prior supervisory experience with strong people management.
• Significant experience with inventory control, logistics, MRP, purchasing, and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Buyers and cross-functional teams overseeing purchasing and materials management.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time production and minimize excess stock.
• Lead supplier negotiations and monitor quality, price and delivery metrics.
• Set goals, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Program Managers on planning and forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures for materials and department functions.
