Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a Supply Chain Manager for an electronics manufacturer. You will oversee inventory, purchasing, and cross-site receiving, ensuring on-time production and optimal stock levels while supervising staff in purchasing, materials management and configuration control.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree with 5+ years in contract manufacturing or electronics, strong supervisory skills, expertise in inventory planning, vendor negotiations, and advanced Excel/Access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in electronics/contract manufacturing.
• Prior supervisory experience and strong people management skills.
• Significant experience with inventory control, logistics, and purchasing.
• Proficiency with forecasting and budgeting; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels and purchasing procedures across sites.
• Supervise staff in purchasing, materials management and configuration control.
• Coordinate with program managers on planning and forecasting customer orders.
• Negotiate with suppliers and track price, delivery and quality metrics.
• Improve processes for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
